Chocolate Avocado Mousse
If the ketogenic diet is starting to feel a little tough because your sweet tooth is bugging you, then you're in for a treat! There's plenty of delicious and sweet keto friendly recipes you can make that will keep you in a state of ketosis and this is one of them!
For a rich and chocolatey low-carb dessert, this chocolate mousse doesn't include traditional ingredients like rich milk chocolate or fudge. Instead the main ingredient is avocado, making this a low-carb recipe that is tasty and very much keto friendly.
Avocado is filled with healthy fats and contains high amounts of fiber which can help with digestion. They come with just enough carbs for maintaining your keto macronutrients.
Coconut flour is also a main ingredient in this recipe. It can promote healthy digestion as it contains lauric acid and high fiber levels. As a gluten-free alternative it’s a fantastic choice for those on the clean keto diet.
