- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup psyllium husk powder
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup erythritol
- ¼ teaspoon liquid Stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
To Get Started:
Begin with a package of cream cheese, 8 tablespoons of butter, quarter cup of sour cream, erythritol, keto friendly sweetener, vanilla, baking powder, cocoa powder, coconut milk, psyllium husk powder, three eggs, and almond flour.
Measure all dry ingredients together into the bowl and melt together a quarter cup of sour cream, butter and eggs which will be added and then blended into the dry ingredients.
Add in 2 to 4 tablespoons of coconut milk and spread the batter over a cookie sheet or parchment paper.
Bake the batter you've created for 12 to 15 min. at 350° to make a long and flat cake in a traditional flat pan.
To make the filling you just need to combine together 8 ounces of cream cheese, 8 tablespoons of butter, quarter cup of sour cream, half a cup of erythritol, keto friendly sweetener and vanilla. Cream together these items until they form a with consistency and then they can be rolled into the cake after it's had time to cool.
