Perhaps one of the most powerful active ingredients in this mixture is the aloe which can offer huge help with digestion and offers trace amounts of minerals like calcium, manganese, copper, chromium, selenium, magnesium, sodium, zinc and potassium.
As well as all of these added nutrients aloe has a variety of plant sterols, cycloartanols and luphenols which can often aid in digestion and support proper blood sugar management. These ingredients can also help with improving collagen production over time.

To Get Started:
- Begin with 5 cups of water (4 cups cold water and 1 hot)
- 3 tablespoons of erythritol or a sweetener of your choice
- ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan rock salt
- ½ cup of fresh lemon juice, squeezed or from a prepackaged container.
- A teaspoon of Aloe vera liquid concentrate.
- Serve over ice.
Place the hot water in a glass jug and stir together the sweetener and salt until it is dissolved. Add in the aloe and the lemon juice and the remaining water and stir it all together. Prepare several glasses and add at least one ice cube to each.
